Surveyors Find Enigma in the Sky
Casandro’s spaceship The Trashcan took off on Saturday, shortly after 11 a.m., carrying aboard a team composed of Kelketek, Natasha, Azure, Claude, Chippy, Jimun, and Kenko, in addition to its captain. The declared mission, an orbital survey of SpinDizzy, was quickly derailed due to an unexpected meteor shower. The ship took refuge inside an orbital structure officially registered as “Sattelite Dewitt C. Greer” (sic). Some time later, the control tower recorded an emergency landing in the Rose Garden. The reason became apparent soon, when sources from the hospital told us that a rather unusual patient was brought in. His life was fortunately saved, but little else is known at this time.
We have asked several participants to the mission for comments.
Kelketek: “When we entered the space ship, we thought it was abandoned. It wasn’t until I got very close to the controls that my scanner picked up another life form. When we got out of there, the poor thing was emaciated and sick. He was some sort of canine. Like a wolf or a coyote, but you couldn’t tell. his fur was falling out. The poor guy had been piloting the satellite and ran out of food. I don’t know how much longer he would have lasted if we hadn’t found him when we did.” Well, Kelketek, it sounds like you were the true hero of this adventure, so congratulations.
Chippy: “Well it was surprising to learn from staff that you had rushed your new friend to our hospital.” The doctor then specified that he admires the team’s mobility. Thank you!
Jimun: “Well… I’m worried about the little guy we found…” So are we, Jimun. So are we.
