Ponification Spotted in Freeloader’s Bar

An odd occurance happened June 17th when, during a conversation about the animated series My Little Pony, local ‘toon coati Natasha Nelson spontaneously ponified. Retaining her trademark wobbly nose, mask, and ringed tail (which now doubled as matching ringed hair and mane), Ms. Nelson was otherwise a purple pony.

While voluntary shapeshifting isn’t unheard of in ‘toons such as Ms. Nelson, her expression seemed to indicate she was as surprised as the other bar patrons at her current form. At first just letting out a whinnying “Nayyyyyyyyyyyyy,” she quickly got her voice back and said “I mean…’No!'” After a few minutes a zipper appeared on the back of Ms. Nelson, and her normal coati form stepped out of what was now a costume, which when dropped on the floor disappeared from existance.
Upon exiting the costume Natasha blew a rasberry at former devilbunny Robbie and glared at several other bar patrons, including Endy and this reporter, possibly indicating the transformation was not voluntary. It is unclear at this time if this was just a prank, or the first of other spontaneous ponifications to befall SpinDizzy residents.
For those wondering: Natasha’s cutie mark appeared to be a comedy theatre mask, next to a banana.

It figures that there would be an article about this person when I was the first one to actually become “ponified”. I didn’t get an article… It just goes to show how cliquish this place really is. I think I’ll stick to places where folks actually enjoy interacting with me.

Dingo: I’d be happy to publish an article about your ponification if you’d like to submit one! In case you haven’t noticed, I post articles about myself all the time, so there’s no reason to be shy about it or feel you have to wait for someone else to write it.

It happened too long ago… besides, there already is one now. Who’s going to read another one?
