Giant Mecha Descends From Sky, Probably Doesn’t Doom Us All

A new giant mecha appeared in the sky several weeks ago. It identifies itself as a “Brawler-548 `Saltwart’ Hepten-8 Combat Core” and according to its holographic projects appeared through some manner of portal a kilometer or so above the Rose Garden. It burned through its fuel coming under control and was damaged in the landing.

Azure, Midnight, Ruby, and possibly other persons found the mecha, leaking fluids and partly mobile, in the Rose Garden and assisted it in finding repairs to its most damaged physical systems. Its assertions to the public have indicated that its main systems are “OK” and it has not made obvious reported attempts to take over the world.

Its point of origin and purpose are not clear as of press time.
