Allegheny’s Bistro (located at 107 Beck Rd., New Town) is finally switching from the Fall menu to their Winter menu!

At Allegheny’s Bistro, we’re dedicated to serving local products whenever we’re able! If you’re interested in featuring your baked goods, please leave an inquiry and a sample with the Staff.

Holiday Dinner

Sliced turkey breast with turkey gravy – two thick slices of juicy turkey breast, covered in a flavorful brown gravy

Stuffing – Freshly baked with our home made bread and slow cooked stock

Cranberry sauce – Locally made with imported cranberries

Roast Beef

Slow cooked Roast – Roast beef from a local farm, slow roasted in our own ovens, with or without turkey gravy

Mashed potatoes – Imported, with turkey gravy

Sweet Carrots – Roasted with the Roast Beef, then cooked with brown sugar

Specials for the Vegetarians

Stuffed squash – A small personal acorn squash stuffed with celery stuffing made with a vegetable stock

Bread bowl of Mushroom soup – A small bread bowl of home made soup (Availability varies)

We’ve selected a warming wheat beer, finished with a few spices.
