2013 Rung in at Kosmoknot Club, Rose Garden

The New Year was rung in over two separate events, one at Dingo’s Kosmoknot Club in New Town, and one in the Rose Garden several days later.

The club party was the inaugural event for Dingo’s club and commanded the evening. Within the club is a gravity-free environment allowing people and objects to float about, when not tethered down. The club is expected to be open for further events and for casual visitors.

Several days later the failure of SpinDizzy to have a proper ball drop ceremony was noted in the Rose Garden. Mischa, beach ball, was pressed into service, and Garrison, skunk, gigantified so as to hold her above the crowd and slowly lower her for a countdown from ten seconds.

Further years might be rung in less late.
